I'm having difficulty unlocking the media card trap door. There are two slender metal hinge arms with knobs at the end which seem to be designed to run along a track. I'm guessing these hinge arms should be parallel to each other and the slot. They are not. The knobs seem to be off track, but I can't tweak them to look right.

In any case, I cannot slide the trap door open.

Has anyone seen and solved this problem?

Pushing down firmly on the trap door seems to do the trick.
