A lot of the time im locking or unlocking my device and will have the loading thing pop up and have a delay of up to 10 seconds before it prompts me for the password. Any suggestions? full wipe and restore maybe?? ive tried memory cleaning, log clear, battery pull...anything else before i wipe and restore?

I noticed that when I locked my phone, then used the call + * to unlock, there is a considerable amount of lag time. When I just use the top left lock button on the phone to unlock there is no lag at all. Weird.

I was able to reduce that lag (NOT remove) by setting content compression to ON and content protection to OFF.

yes my coworkers tour lags with lock/unlock

Yeah it does. I find that pressing standby is much better. That's the top right button which is also the mute key.
