    I've been travelling in the UK for a while and have my unlocked Z10 on the T-Mobile/EE network. I bought the 500 minute, 3G BlackBerry plan about a week ago. Last night I got a text suggesting I had used 80% of my data allowance already, an impossibility as my account shows I still have 2.4GB remaining and I've only used my phone for Twitter and news. This morning I woke up to no data at all!

    I've tried calling 150 and nothing appears in the menu that would help and it appears I can't speak to a human, I'm blocked at every turn. I've tried online too to no avail and even there it doesn't tell me how to actually speak to someone.

    I'm going to try resetting the APN if someone can tell me what the correct one is. The current one looks incorrect to me (simply says "everywhere").

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Seems I can send some emails, not all, and text is down. Can't access Internet.
