anyone experiencing that your not able to use your data even though the 3G and the bb icon and full signal strength is there?

i cannot sent bbm, browse, email.. everything shows the red clock beside it!

but the text messages and phone work..

i have to turn off network and on again to get it to work!

i;m not turning my phone to 2G cause why did i buy a 3G phone?

I don't have that issue, i am on rogers as well.

Maybe its just a network issue in the area you live in right now.

I have been having that problem off and on all week, it was really bad on Tuesday night. It seems to be back to normal now though. I know there were some BIS issues this week but I think they have been resolved too.

Missed an important email. 2G or 3G. It doesn't matter. There's no data going through. Data does work on WiFi so my guess is Rogers problem.

BIS is down for some users if not all.

Tech support says they have identified a problem where some users cannot use email or BBM. They have no timeline on a fix to the problem.
