Ive been with Verizon for a little over 1 year. I started with the 450 min, 39.99 plan, but eventually switched to the 900 min, 59.99 plan.

I am apparently eligible for an upgrade as of right now even though it hasn't been 2 years, and I think its because im on the higher plan. Not sure though?

If that's indeed the case, I would like to know if I switch back to the 39.99 plan today, will I lose my early upgrade eligibility because of it?

I am waiting for the tour 2.

You're eligible for an "Annual" upgrade because you bill $59.99 or higher per month. If you drop down to $39 you will lose the Annual upgrade, so upgrade then change your price plan to $39.99

Quick question piggy backing on this thread. Is it any account where the total per month is higher than $59.99 or the primary plan is $59.99.

I have a $39.99 plan with $29.99 unlimited data and $10 texting plan. Would this be eligible or would I have to drop the $10 texting plan and just go with the $59.99 talk and unlimited text plan?

It's the main plan without additions.. If you're signed up on my verizon, the min monthly cost to upgrade annually is actually 49.99. The 39.99 plan isn't eligible. If you had the 450 nationwide talk/text plan would be eligible.
