    Hey Everyone,

    Just got a unlocked 9530 version 5.0. When putting in my fido sim card I only get EDGE. How do I get 3G?

    You can't. It doesn't have the hardware for it. You will be restricted to EDGE on the Fido(rogers) network.

    You are restricted to EDGE on any GSM here in the states because the radio isn't built for it. If you go "across the pond" to England, or wherever, they have full 3G over there, but here you won't be able to access it.
