Do not believe it will run on Rogers. Also posting your IMEI is not a very good idea. Contact the link in my signature (Horizon) and they should be able to get an unlock code for you, but I would check what bands Rogers runs on before you unlock the device.
Nope - won't work. The North American GSM radios are not included in the 8830WE. It only has the European frequencies (hence the name "World Phone"). In USA and Canada, it only works with CDMA carriers.
