i used my tmobile unlocked berry for about 8 months.
at&t rep tried to trick me into giving him my IMEI number saying that it might somehow fix the dropped calls issue
but failed to hear me when i said that i had the dropped calls issue with 4 different phones. and kept insisting on giving him the imei number. and tried to "upsell" me on some other junk.
and then brag about how much experience he has and how good of a REP he is.
typical corporate brainwashed and overtrained tool customer service rep...
