    I would take it to a sprint corporate store. Whenever I have a problem that's where I take my phone. I didn't buy mine at sprint store either, so I don't think it would be an issue for you.

    If you bought it at best buy I would get the insurance through th2m I personally think that the black tie coverage I one of the best out there.
