As of yesterday ~2pm MST my Bold 9700 lost almost all Internet services. The only things which still work are BBM and e-mail. I spent 2 hours with Bell "technical support" on line just to find out that "there is a technical issue" with Bolds 9700 on Bell network which is causing loss of Internet services. As of now there is no ETA for a resolution. Did anyone experienced similiar issues?
Yes, I can confirm this is a problem known and being worked on. There has been a general trouble ticket issued to technicians and hopefully there will be a resolution soon!
That being said, the Bolt browser seems to still work -- albeit a bit slowly.

Mine's been down since Monday nite at 6....called them yesterday morn and last nite got added to the master ticket and there's no update. Said it's a blackberry issue now so it's up to them to get it fixed. Guess we just wait ugh
This is frustrating. I am getting to the point where I may jump ship from the carrier or possibly even the phone. One of the key points for me has always been reliability.

e-mail, sms and phone work perfectly - have not been able to test BBM, but it was working fine Monday.
Internet services like Map, WeatherEye, Browser, Twitter, Google Sync are all down. Interestingly enough, facebook still works.
I just updated to .423 yesterday night before going to sleep, and thought to myself big mistake, but it seems to be an issue not isolated to just .423 - too bad.
