    I know the D means my message was delivered but what does A stand for? It seems to mean the recepient read the message but I'm not sure or know what the letter stAnds for.

    Unless you're seeing the "R" for "read" as an "A", which I guess is a slight possibility, I'd be interested to know the answer to this.
    Ill check back on this thread to see what others have to say.

    Me too! I have never seen an "A" b4!!! Ru sure ur not seeing an "R"?

    With the default font on the Curve the R looks very much like an A.

    The people who see the "A" and not the "R" have the Verizon theme active on their BB. I'm using that theme also and I believe the "A" means accepted.

    Whether it is an "A" or a "R"...

    When you send a message using BB Messenger you get a check mark.

    When the message is delivered to that person's phone you get a "D".

    When the message is read you get an "A" / "R"
