T-Mobile: More Details, Dates Leak on T-Mobile's 3G Rollout Calendar
Thanks for the info!
But ... as of right now there are no date for Memphis area... :(
Wooo.....3G....but no 3G BlackBerries. Pretty useless for a while for a lot of us.
It looks like my neck of the woods(New England)is scheduled to get 3G at some point.... Question is when..... Tick tock

i believe it is today. at least in boston.
This is weird, I'm now getting word from a trusted source that at some point today, T-Mo flipped the 3G switch not only in Boston but for the New England market as a whole.... Waiting for confirmation on this but if true, I am buying my unlocked Bold TONITE

Yikes, don't do that! The Bold isn't ready for T-Mobiles 3G network yet. They have to build an entire new phone for it. :(
all those different bands...
You mean, my 8820 won't be able to use the 3g network?!?!?! Aw, that sux!
No bb's currently on sale anywhere in the world will work with tmo 3g!!!!

Well the 8820 doesn't have a 3G radio at all. The Bold is currently the only BlackBerry with 3G, unfortunately it isn't compatible with T-Mobiles network. I would think they will eventually build a Bold for T-Mobile, but I wouldn't count on it til sometime next year.
Awee I wish my curve worked with 3g, it comes in sacramento in 3 days!
2 more days till phoenix gets quick!
although, i HIGHLY doubt that is t-mobiles 3G logo
I know for a fact it wont be, that's AT&T's logo.
I guess technicially Tmobiles 3G is 3.5g, so I've read.
meaning it will be faster?
Yes, I can't wait til the bold comes out for tmobile.
that makes 2 (or 200,000) of us... :D
Prob. 200,000 :D
lol
agreed.
You're going to be waiting a while. :)
ya think that the javelin will come out first??
Definitely. I'm not even sure if a T-Mobile compatible Bold is in production yet. I honestly don't have any basis for saying this, but if I had to guess, I would say at the earliest, the Bold will come to T-Mobile summer of '09.
