    Hi all,

    My daughters 8130 quit working completely and we had to swap it out with an old Sanyo phone we still had here while we ordered an 8330 online. Since the 8130 is registered at the Sprint BIS site, it will not let us log in now that the 8130 is inactive. Does anyone have ideas on how we should get the new 8330 registered so we can use the same username and password on the Sprint BIS site?

    You have to call Sprint and talk with BB support. Tell them you want to put your existing BIS account on your new BB. They did this for me once before. Once you cancel your BB service, the BIS account is locked out. The only way I know of to get it back is to call Sprint.
