Do you mean that you've gone to the end of your 2 year contract?

Unfortunately, with that, you don't suddenly get a reduction in billing costs. You may be able to call and get a new plan if they will treat your phone as user provided.

Or was it some other arrangement?

We're you on a grandfathered unlimited data plan? That could also change if you mess with things.
