    Anybody have a Bell tour that had a "repaired trackball" sent back to them and it wasn't still quite right? I got mine back today and although it is better than it was when I sent it in, it still isn't as good as the loaner phone they sent me. It also now has a very loose and sloppy battery cover, which it didn't previously have.

    I have a Tour on Telus(they got the same problem in the first weeks), and everything is fine for me.

    Better to look this with your local dealer, or call Bell customer service...

    I'm on my 4th Tour, 2 with track ball issues and the 3rd issues with random rebooting. The latest is the best one yet! I am glad I have paid into the SPC program which saves the hassel dealing with the Bell store directly.

    I just sent mine in for repair in November. 1 month later I was sent a new one that is working perfectly right now.
