What are you talking about?
The service was unavailable a couple of short period of time, like 2 hours. But usally it sort of bug of the app or sometimes it is "rush hour" on your phone.Usually happen afters restart in the first 20 min after it.
Just make sure you have turn off the app wait 20 min. Than launch the bell app.
If it's not working : -restart the device and wait 20 min before use the Bell app.
If it's not working. Turn off the app, if you can't or not sure. Uninstall it. Than reinstall it, : start the device. Wait. A few minutes till the device is fully updated and all app have restarted. It takes usally 11 minutes. It could be 15 or more.
It could also be a short and temporary service's interuption.
