Is part of our monthly plans we pay for customer service too or is it strictly for the cell services? Because my dealings have been just terrible. For example I called yesterday to speak with a manager and the lady told me the manager is tied up right now with a call but she'll call me after the call. It's been over 24 hours and I'm patiently still awaiting! Lol

How's your experiences been like with managers in customer service?

I was with Bell briefly several years ago. At Bell, Customer Service is an oxymoron

What were you calling about? I find their Live Chat is a lot more helpful. Since its easier to keep a chat log and use it against them.

Calling to voice my disappointment on how it took almost 3 months to get my cell phone unlocked by them. They had originally told me they couldn't and blackberry would call me in 15 business days. Well no blackberry called nor Bell. I had called long distance Bell after that time frame and they said keep waiting. Didn't even need it afterwards as I had gone on my trip overseas and came back. But after almost 3 months waiting I had to contact them back myself!
