    I bought a Bold 9700 when it first came out, I had a Tour. I didn't change my plan or my features.

    I am on a 500mb Blackberry Combo Plan

    Last month, I receive my bill of $100, my usual bill lands at around $50. I check my bill, it says that I'm being charged $40 for "mobile browsing". It's states something like:

    Blackberry Data Usage
    70.123 mb
    Mobile Browsing
    1.3 mb $34/mb = $40


    I called *611 and the customer service reps told me that they will look into it.... I have automated payments on my credit card, and now they are just gonna charge me $100 in 2 days, and I havn't heard anything from the Bell rep. Did anyone else experience this, or anything similar?

    nope i have a storm1 on bell and i have a unlimited internet bundle and my totall bill costs about 62 bucks a months but they never mischarge me

    That sucks, these things happen and they will fix it. In any event with a rep, if they don't do what you believe is fair, then simply tell them politely. Don't freak out and be an ***, they are people too and don't have to listen to crap.
