    Tech support just says they have identified a problem where some people cannot send emails or pins. They have no timeline for a fix. but say they are working on it.

    Not a good week for RIM - their stock is down as pundits discuss their OS and phones in comparison to other more recent offerings, there's talk of a hostile takeover and their servers have gone down (at least) twice for prolonged periods.

    They would seem to be creating their own perfect storm (not Storm)....
