Delayed messages and notifications....this is getting pretty aggrevating....anyone else? My phone got 50 bbms between 3 and 7 am while people were asleep.

I started having major issues a couple weeks ago with my BB8520 doing a completely spontaneous wipe and scrub!!! But they restarted last night with inconsistent D/R notifiers and freezing. Today I am getting repeat bb msgs from conversations I had last night!! I am in Ontario. I have done two batt pulls and turned off my wifi. All my troubles seem to have started when I started to use wifi consistently. It alls feels very virus-like. I dont know what to do.

Same thing here. Delays, no delivery/read status on many messages. Shows contact is typing for ages and when I receive message it is a short message and I know they were not typing that long. Ugh, I hate Delays.

This is why RIM needs to do away with their centralized system. Having a minor issue shouldn't cause all the data on your phone to stop working. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to connect directly to my mail server on web sites.

I haven't had any problems with Blackberry Messenger, however I am getting delayed text messages from Facebook Notifications...and sometimes no notifications at all. i.e, yesterday, I got a text from Facebook notifying me of a status comment 5 hours after I had already checked it on my computer. So I thought that was strange.

Sorry if Im not much help to your situation but just thought I'd let you know I'm also having slight delays with my BB Bold 9700.

There is a known issue affecting 15 percent of Blackberry users on blackberry's server. No known fix for these issues yet.

works for me on UMA, but bbm, email, all data has been out since last night if on EDGE or 3G
