Houshinto, no one is threatening to leave buddy. We are simply asking for quality of service, afterall RIM isn't a charity. The last time I looked at my bank account I confirmed that RIM are happily taking their monthly subscriptions.
Here's hoping that you also get an outage today.
Sorry, but there's too many examples of people leaving for less.
The service I have with my blackberry has been always constant and stable except for during the "blackberry blackout" which was for me only 1 1/2 days.
Compare that to 6 yrs time with Blackberries. I'd say that's pretty damn good "quality of service".
And from my bank account, it's my phone service provider Telus that's taking my "monthly subscriptions" not RIM.

Read the blogs and messages from some folks posting here. Right now, a can and a peice of string would be more effective in helping me to communicate with my Dad who's 1000 miles away. I really couldn't care less if you've had 6 years of "historic" great service, all I care about is "now".
Some random problems here. I noticed a few BBM messages which showed as "D"elivered but the recipient said they didn't show up for around 1 hour. That seems to suggest a delay between the recipient's BIS server and final device.
No delays for me in toronto canada. Turned off wifi due to an upload lagging the **** out of everything (830MB) in order to be able to easily use the web.
Anybody else experienced a delay in the early part of the day? (I slept through it)

Had problems last two days in Vancouver. Slow delivery, messages hanging. BB service slugging. Emails taking a lot longer to show up on BB than usual. Sigh.
