    What's the magic that the unlock services are using? Do they go to an insider at the carrier? Software they invested a kazillion dollars in. I won't say the service I'm using until I'm do e withe the experience, previously they came through quickly for one phone now they are exceeding the advertised time for another device. I just want understand what is occurring in the background.

    With BB10, I don't know. With older BBOS, it was something that could be figured out/generated quite easily, if you had the software (available online,) and the information to plug into it.

    Given that turnaround times aren't too terrible, I'm guessing it not an insider that these guys rely on. There has to be some other way these guys do it.
