you actually cant access any of the download sites either like: Download BlackBerry App World or www.blackberry.com/messenger

also none of my google apps are connecting either, and i just got my replacement phone and i am not able to do a sync to get my contacts and calendar back....what a PITA

Well I'm glad I decided to check here. I must have battery pulled my phone 3 times, thought it was just me.

This is quite odd - over the year I had my 9000 the servers went down like once that I can remember. I've had the 9700 for a month and this is the second time. Not saying the two are related of course, it's just annoying to say the least.

this is a major pita cause i reloaded the OS, thinking there was a problem and now i just have a damn phone, i can get texts but i purchased two things from the app store today and cant get them, and apparently when i backed up my phone using BSak i screwed up and i lost all my apps, ughhhhhhhhhh, I am not happy right now.

Yeah my browser, bbm, email etc are down, but 3rd party apps are fine as well as phone. crazy.

Also - has anybody else had problems deleting txt messages?

It is out, no Blackberry servie in North America AGAIN! Twice now in less than a week!

Unfortunately it's not just North America and this makes 3 times in a week. I don't get it, prior to this week I found the reliability of RIM's servers to be stellar. Perhaps RIM selling 10M BlackBerrys in Q3 was not such a good thing after all if their network cannot support the traffic.

This outage is weird as some of my data app like BB Browser, BBM, Poynt and pushed e-mail (though very slow) still work.

However, this is getting ridiculous!

wow glad i'm not the only one... i just got my 9700 the other day in Providence and came down to Tampa,FL the next day, have had ****ty 3G service, and bbm and data are slow and/or not working also.

on TMobile...

I called Sprint after my Curve had been down for several hours and they do not have a clue when the problem will be resolved.

Only my pused e-mail is slow out of things that still do work.

I hope that this outage does not happen when I have to travel next week. I need my Google Map along with e-mail, and BBM to work.

I can get internet but no bbm, no app world, no ubertwitter, zip. Its been this way since this afternoon. I had a major deal tonight and I HAD to have bbm for it, now its a total no go. I'm not happy with RIM today
