Is anyone else having problems logging into ATT BIS portal? I KNOW i am using the correct pw and username but its not allowing me in. I tried from a pc and me BB and neither will let me in. To make sure im doing it correct its my "username" and not "[email protected]" correct? I'm trying to add an email account but no joy so far. Wanted to make sure i'm not the only one before i call.

Yes, your login username can be different that that of your @att.blackberry.net address

What's the URL you are using for AT&T?

BlackBerry Internet Service is how I get on. Just logged on and it worked for me
