    I haven't really kept up with rumors lately. Has there been any word about when Verizon will have the update? I know about T-Mobile but there hasn't been a lot of talk about Verizon from what I have heard.

    I did not feel a disturbance in the Force, as I perceived that what they were saying was truth, based on release date info of the Q10. I will study and train harder.

    At the risk of being ridiculed because I have no proof (screenshots, contracts signed in blood, names and social security numbers), I'd like to relate a surprising story about my conversation with Verizon today.

    I called about a question my wife had regarding her iPhone 4S and an app that she thought she might have accidentally bought. When I got the information that she didn't, I thought I would ask the 10.1 update availability question, expecting the usual "what update? We haven't gotten anything from Blackberry." Instead, she put me on hold and was away for a couple of minutes before she came back and said it would be available on the 14th. I asked her if she was sure it was for the Z10, and not the Q10, and she said yes. I don't know whether it's true or not, but at least I have hopes of it coming before 10.2 comes out for the rest of the world now...

    No one is going to thank me if it comes on the 14th (we'll all be busy installing and updating all of our apps), but lots of people will be calling shenanigans.     Aha!!! I knew you were an agent of Big Brother. Luckily, I'm in hiding in a country without an extradition treaty. Sheesh...who knew that spreading rumors (the veracity or non-veracity of which is immaterial) would be such a pain in the ***?. And now, how am I going to get the update myself?

    Well, would only be fair, as the wife's Verizon Q10 showed up yesterday, set it up and is running 10.1.0.2011 out of the box. So, no more excuses for the Z10's, in fact, Verizon Z10's should already be there and beyond .

    I just received a notification version 1.0.2.1 is available. Not sure if that's the newest version or not,but this is the first update I've received since i got the phone almost two months ago. Haven't downloaded it yet because I'm at work.

    This update is just for the My Verizon Mobile app, not the actual OS being updated.
