Have never lost access to AT&T's BIS portal. Sent service books earlier and got nothing. Sent them again two minutes ago on a whim and the activation emails showed up immediately on my phone. But still none of my test emails from earlier. So maybe some progress, but can you imagine the backlog of emails they're going to have to process? Even after they fix the problem, it might be a while before things balance out again.
sigh. i just called Verizon. They said they have no alerts in their system about an "outage". she just said... is suggest you update your roaming capabilities. pathetic. they really don't have any alerts? you serious lady?
Don't know who you spoke to but VZW CSR rep I spoke to early this morning knew all about it.....except for when BIS would be restored.
In NYC Still no Emails, And when you try to call VZW for BB support they seem to have disconnected their lines, it keeps on ringing and ringing... How frustarating,
