I bought a bb tour from a guy in mint condition, we met at a vzw store and the rep told us, that in order for me to use this phone he would have to put a dummy phone on the guys account to get the tour off so i could activate on my account so that is what he did, but he said it could take anywere from a couple of min to a couple of hours for it to take effect..
Any have any more clarity on hows this works or how long it could take??
