    Unlocked the tour from verizon and it is working on t-mobile. Upgraded and got internet and email service from t-mobile. I noticed that the enterprise activation and wipe unit are not in the options menu any more. Will not wireless sync any more with my work email which is the blackberry manager service running, sync with exchange on server. No major problems but are there any solutions?

    Need to have your BES administrator setup your new device. Since your device has a new pin the system doesn't recognize it.
