Need a new phone. Which one is worth getting. Only between these two phones.
Substantial difference between these two. 8350i has direct connect, and is on the nextel network. And while it is a great phone (had one for 11 months) it will not bring you fast data speeds unless you're connected to wifi.
No flaws with the phone, its just not a data device for the road warrior.
If you do not need the direct connect feature, I see no reason to go with this phone. You'll like it, but walk away needing more.
I've been seeing a trend lately, people asking if they should get the 8350i or (insert some completely different better phone on Sprint).
Seriously... do you have Nextel now? do you need the direct connect feature? If the answer is no, then really... WHY is that blackberry even a consideration for you? Even any other curve model on the Sprint network would be better, or a Tour.
