    Does anyone know why 3 is so unstable in Scotland ? They say they're 4G but most of the time my Z10 says H+ coverage, I like 3 for the All-you-can-eat data plan but not liking the instability in network coverage.

    No network is stable in the UK, damn I end up with GSM on giffgaff some days in Hull.
    We are way way way behind other countries.

    Guess I'm lucky, I live in Scottish Borders and signal with Three is really good.

    Mine had 4G but it drained the battery very fast. Make sure you do have 4G enabled in the mobile settings.
