    OK, but I think this will be happening nationwide. For instance that speed bump in Nassau might be a bandwidth change. Not everyone is set up to determine the bandwidth of their LTE. As far as I know, you can only see this from the engineering screen.

    However, changing the title does alert people in that area.

    Just a FYI, you go to the engineering screen, then
    3GPP RADIO -> radio network info -> LTE serving cell.

    On that screen, you have UL and DL fields.
