Last week I moved from Vodafone to Airtel and I had Z10 which I could upgrade to 10.2 with Vodafone. But Z10 was having some issues so I exchanged old Z10 with new one but I am not able to upgrade it to 10.2 with Airtel. Is there any problem with my device or is it with service provider???
Please help..i loved 10.2!!!!

Its just our service provider. Mere dost ko update mill gaya tha pichle hafte
Thode time wait kar aa jayega update and finally idhar hindi likhi =D

Are you Vodafone mumbai?
I tried putting my dads airtel also, usme bhi nai hua, and again mera Vodafone, isme bhi nai ho raha

I was using Vodafone hyderabad...I just moved to Airtel...update is available for Vodafone hyderabad

Im in airtel and got the 10.2 to my q10 the day i inserted my sim ( was using it in dubai with 10.1)

And 10.2.1 is already leaked and working great with q10 and z10 but its leak not official

10.2.1 does not have an official release schedule but one can guess in the dark it might rollout in February or April sometime. In 10.2 you can not install APK files directly.

I've installed the leak on my Z10.
Using on Vodafone India.
There are many upgrades but not for daily use!!
You don't have file manager... no pictures folder, no default music player.
I guess i'm going back to 10.2 and will wait for official release of 10.2.1
