Just spoke with Amanda (Verizon tech dept) 03/17/2014 @ 11:30am, Verizon approved the update and started pushing it out 03/14/2014. It
may take up to a week to receive. She came across as credible and genuine.

Z30 and Q10 in Texas. Nothing new here yet. You should use Legend's autoloaders for 10.2.1 on all devices. They're all flawless. No reason to wait.

Z10 has an earlier 10.2.1 but this is a higher version? There's one thread in the OS10 forum says some VZW Z10's have it. I'm so confused!

One way to generate attention and clicks here is to tell long-suffering users that a long-delayed OS update is on its way. (And sorry to say, users that joined here 2 months ago and who have 6 posts total are not the ones I trust the most when it comes to making such announcements.)

Like others here have stated, I'll believe it when I see it. In general, Verizon is very tight-lipped about this kind of news.

There is one person that seemed to get a new 10.2.1 update from VZW back on 3/11, but that could have been a fluke.

Then again, when they pushed 10.2.1 for Z10s, they did surprise a small group of people with an unannounced update, then put it into general release a couple of weeks later. That user that saw something a week ago could be a harbinger of something.
