Z30 usage of data is too high! You guys know what could it be?

Hey,

I am just facing some problems with my z30 data. I've been using this phone for one month and I have to say it's amazing! Great device. But, I have some problems with data right now. I mean, the spend is too high. But, the funny is that the out (I think same as upload) is much higher than in (download). The pictures you see above are related to the last 12 hours (almost that! 12 am to 12 pm/ 04.15.2014). This makes my phone battery ends faster. I'm also facing some cellular data problems. I don't know if this could be the reason. The fact is I don't know the cause. It could be an app? Or a configuration? Or, I really hope not, a hardware problem?

what accts do you have set up and syncing

I'm not sure of what, based on this info. However, Box, DropBox, EverNote, Google Drive, and a sort of like that are evils that consume a lot of data. Please, check your accounts sync'ing and disable them.

Thanks. I noticed my consuming is specially in PIM services. At least it's the one using more data in my device monitor. So, I just deleted an Aol account that I have to see if it could be the problem. I don't have to much accounts running, so I don't know what is really happening. I have twitter, evernote, linkedin, bblink and Globo (braziliam email provider) right now.

Posted on CB10 with my iPad, but I have a Z30 ha ha the best phone ever.

Do you have a BlackBerry link turned on? Also are you connecting to a legitimate wifi source? Is someone connecting to your device via hot-spot?
