Is the Z30 OS frozen at 10.3.2.2474? I see posts asking about 10.3.3.

My Z30 is running Software Release 10.3.2.2836, OS Version 10.3.2.2876, but instead of Radio Version 10.3.2.2877, I had to revert Radio Version to 10.3.2.2814 for Wi-Fi Calling on T-Mobile USA.

More than a year ago, Chen promised two minor security updates (10.3.3 and 10.3.4), with 10.3.3 originally due in March of 2016 and 10.3.4 early in 2017 - which pretty clearly is the limit of BB's "continuing support of BB10." Obviously it is now past mid-November 2016 and 10.3.3 has yet to arrive, and the reason given is that they've not yet been able to achieve NIAP certification, despite originally submitting the OS 9 months ago, and so they're waiting for that. The list of NIAP-certified devices/OS versions is here, and you'll note that most major brands/models are listed:

No new features of any significance are promised or expected, so for most people, there won't be any practical difference with or without this update, but obviously lots of people are looking at it as some sign of hope that BB10 is still being supported.
