I've updated my Z10 to 10.2.1.537, since that time there has been a time issue.

The current time is 9:17am EST, the system time at the top of the screen shows that properly. My emails and text messages show that it's 2:17am and when I go to the clock app it shows 2:17am as well. When I go into the settings to check the time zone settings it shows that the time zone is sent to Eastern Time (-5). Set Date and Time Automatically is also set to on. It's very strange.

If I turn off set date and time automatically and manually set the time everything is correct but as soon as I turn it back on it goes back to being 7 hours behind

    Any suggestions?

I also pulled the battery and SIM and restarted, time is still incorrect.

Did you try enabling "Auto Update Time Zone"? What happens?

Sounds like your carrier is overriding the locally-set timezone or something.

The weird thing is I don't even know what that timezone would be - Hawaii is the earliest official timezone and they are only 5 hours behind EST, not 7. Was it the same day? Could have been New Zealand or something...

Yes, I tried to set "Auto Update Time Zone" and it has no effect. The date is correct, Feb 7th.

Better do security wipe after taking backup. It may solve any minor problems. I did the same when I faced some contact search problems which is not able to do with any other alternative other than wipe. Now all r working as expected.
