    Many threads on this subject have been started and it's been discussed thoroughly. The problem can't be pinned down to a specific reason, but seems to have cleared up with an OS upgrade. Depending on your STL100-? type.

    Swipe down from the top - tap setting - about and it'll say there.

    You'll probably get more help and feedback in the Z10 forums as it appears to be an issue that a lot of people are experiencing and only a software update will fix. Check the existing threads over there.
