    I noticed since I got the office 10.2.1 update through my carrier that my Z10 has been randomly restarting itself. It does it at least once a day and today it actually did it 3 or 4 times. Anyone else having similar issues?

    Prepare yourself for a barrage of "mine works fine" and "do a wipe/reinstall"

    But yes, random reboots are back after a long absence. I really thought they were gone forever after the 10.1 mr releases.

    I had the problem for one day
    I turned of the z10, pulled out the battery and sim and than put it back in and problem solved.

    Don't know if it will be of any use for anyone but I'd been having random reboots with my z10 for the last days after installing the 10.2.1. I solved it yesterday by totally emptying the battery and charging it from scratch again.
    I checked and my battery wasn't loose at all, and I tried this and worked! Don't see why though... My phone was having 10 or more reboots per day and is perfectly fine now doesn't do any harm to give it a try, it was driving me crazy because my phone was totally useless!

    Yes mine just started doing it. It was after I installed an Android app (surprize surprize) and then uninstalled it. The app was supposed to tell me the cell site ID I was using, but never worked.
    I noticed that as soon as the app was installed, that the IR (dim red light next to the proximity sensor) was illuminated, and last night the phone turned off with a dead battery. Charged it over night and batter has no charge. Coincidence? I charged it at work, and it is holding a charge, but it is rebooting itself now.
