Am I going nuts, or just so taken up with my new BB10, that iIcant see the wood for the trees
When I am typing a text message (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (send) where return key usually is
When I am typing e-mail (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (submit) where return key usually is
When I am typing a BBM message (love keypad) I cant enter a new line, keyboard shows (send) where return key usually is
In files, reminder etc, keyboard shows return key and works fine
On line help told me to reset system and all would be resolved...... as you guessed ..... no resolution

I just composed an email and the Submit key changes to a Return/Enter key once the cursor is in the message body.
