Hey folks,
Kevin was having a walkthrough of the QNX car 2.0 with Dan Dodge. Very nice car and tech integration. The Fun part though, at the 4:30 mark Dan mistakenly pulls out the Z10 and then tries to hide it... "woops".

Yes, I saw that little flash of the Z10, and Dodge's nervous chuckle when he realized what he'd done.

This is outstanding technology. I was just traveling last week, and spent quite a bit of time in a new Taurus with MyFord Touch. I didn't like it as much as I expected to due to lag and what I'd call a cluttered and confusing UI. THIS is outstanding, though, and looks very intuitive. I particularly like the cool detail of the physical jog dial with its own tiny multifunction display. Excellent touch.

yes and no. sure you can get the RT extensions... extensions that are very contentious. Thing is nobody has any idea how to produce an actual real-time linux kernel that makes people happy.
