    Please I need help with call audio.More than 2 months my z10 speaker audio is low. My speaker volume is full ,yet I hardly hear when I receive calls. Thanks in advance.

    usually it is the OS. I would suggest loading a newer OS

    Have the same issue been struggling with the issue for 2 years now. God damn it, I've bought a cheaper Doogee T6 phone which had better volume, but it broke... So had to come back to the BB z10, al'faitful. Any more suggestions besides the OS?
