You can't judge z10 battery life until about a week after you have it. Upgrade to 10.3.1.1154 if you can. It is much better in my opinion.

On average my Z10 gets a full day of use easily. I'm an verage consumer throughout the day on talk, text, Internet usage. Combined, I probably spend three full hours using apps and internet per day. And text a hell of a lot.

Pretty vaginal.

If your Z10 has a battery life is crappy - what version of Z10 do you or did you have? Trying to see if there is a pattern.

I don't think that's it. I've never gotten good battery life on my Z10 and that's with any OS

No that does not answer the question. Do you have a STL 100 -1, 2 or 3. We're there not three versions? Are they equally bad?

I think it depends on your model of z10. I had a personal z10 100-3 and it was barely adequate. Then work gave me a z10 100-1. It was markedly better for some unknown reason. Had identical settings except work was set to push emails and the 100-3 to every 10min. Couldn't figure it out. The differences in models could explain it.

Oh sorry, read your post wrong. I have the STL 100-3 model. I rarely go over 10 hours. Granted, I do need to update my OS to a much more recent 10.3.1 leak but no update I've had since having this phone has given me "dramatic" increases in battery life like a few claim

My z10 STL-1, Gives me a full day of battery backup. On normal use. Like call,text and of course cb all the time. But on combine when I play games, use Internet always then it gives me 3-4 hours. It's not the problem. It's was since z10 has arrived.

I upgraded and my Z10 Battery life has almost doubled!


I upgraded to a new Windows Tablet..... Hardy use my Z10 for anything but phone calls. It's funny the Z10 made my PlayBook obsolete, but now a newer tablet (toy) has greatly reduced my usage of my Z10.
