My Blackberry sync's with my work email. Occasionally my email system at work reaches it's size limit as established by the company and I receive the message "Your mail box is over it's size limit". From work I simply delete "sent" and "deleted" messages. From my BB when I click "View Folder" and then "Deleted Items" the deleted files quickly flash on the screen and then disappear. How can I delete deleted and sent files from my BB when this is happening? Can anyone help me with this?
