I recently purchased a Blackberry Q5 and I'm having an issue with setting up my work e-mail on my phone. On my Curve, it was fairly straightforward. Typed in the username-e-mail and password and we were off. Not sure why it's so difficult on OS10. I tried the basic e-mail settings and it did not work.
My work has POP and IMAP settings but no SMTP settings. We're set-up with Rackspace. So the POP and IMAP set-up won't work as either of those options require an SMTP server. I tried the Outlook.com option and but no dice either.
I keep getting the message: "Your device is connected to a network, but Internet Service is not available"
Anyone have any ideas?
