That is an os problem which is solved in 10.3. Not a devise problem

The device and the OS are part and parcel to a certain extent.

I am running 10.3 and I can assure all that even some may not be experiencing contact problems there are many who are. This repeated problem needs to be fixed as there is no reason for this in a professional data management system on a SMART phone.

Has BlackBerry mentioned anything about 10.3 fixing the SMS freezing issues on the Z10?

You must be on stl-1... to have all those bugs ^^

    My contacts app works perfectly...

I like the music player (simple & it works) head ph audio is acceptable (speaker not so much).

I've never had any SD card issues (backed up anyway).

Those that have serious issues what version do you have? Mine is a STL 3 and so far so good.

Camera app is waaaaaay too touchy! I know this probably does not only apply to Z10 but the last o/s update changed things for me. Not liking it

Might be non native apps you guys are running causing issues ^^

I installed an app that made my HUB go purple/pink/white!?

It refreshed itself and came right, but was definitely a strange one

I am going to tell you (again) that my Z10 battery is not horrible. Change your settings or whatever.
    I totally second that.

Amazon apps being slow and crashing.

It must be user/handset related (all these bugs) b/c apart from my notification peeve (ok battery can be tossed in the mix), I don't have any of the other issues outlined so far ^^

Majority of them (users w/ issues) also seem to be on carrier OS releases... I guess carriers don't actually check what they're pushing out 0_o

Plus, a lot of others say they have 'no' issues at all with their ph's!?
