OK! I have a yellow phone icon with a crooked arrow on my blackberry curve! I found out it is a call forwarding icon! I can not get rid of it.... I have removed the battery while the phone is on, I have used *720, I have security wiped my phone! It is still there! Any thoughts?

Try going to phone options and see if you have call forwarding set to -Never-.

i tried but my 9530 does not have call forwarding but it has the icon on top..what can i do then?
