HI - I'm on TMO and have the paid UMA service. My friend came over and has an ipod touch that has wifi. I have the password, or so I thought and I gave it to her but she can't connect to my home network. I had set it up by pushing the button on the router so maybe the password I have is for the admin functions of the router. So, how do I get the password of the pre-shared key and can she connect? She' s on verizon and I'm on tmo - thanks!

Sounds like you have a T-Mo branded router. I don't, but getting at the WPA settings should be similar. First, you gotta read the "Complete WiFi How-To" thread.

The third post in the thread (Tweaking Your Router) will tell you how to login on the router. Once you're logged onto the router's web page, click something like Wireless, then Wireless Security. The WPA key should be listed there.
