If there were a system set up where BlackBerry users could offer each other tech support? Different internal numbers could be established according to carrier and model...and participants could either make calls to ask a question or choose to recieve calls to answer questions. Everything would be done on a volunteer basis with all the usual disclaimers applying...sort of like what this site does in the forums except that it's done live on the phone. Think it would fly?
people are too selfish with their time. myself included before you say anything. and while i really enjoy helping people on this site (to the best of my abilities) i do it at MY leisure...
if i had to sit in front of the phone and do it i would quit before you could say my name....
I agree with db - it might sound selfish, but that would be too demanding on one's time. I think this site does a good enough job of "Tech Support" without a dedicated team on the phone.
