    Hi, I would like to know if its a good deal to buy a BLACKBERRY BOLD that is IMEI unlocked foir $450 CAD. This blackberry is the phone itself and the battery ofcourse, stil has plastic protection on screen. Is it worth it? also, if i upgrade it to the newest OS will the unlocking go to waste? or will it still stay in effect?

    Sounds like a pretty good deal. And no the new OS won't affect the
    unlocking. Once it is unlocked it is unlocked forever. There is no
    reversing that.

    it's branded rogers, how can I know if it's not a preproduction? Also , how can u tell the pin is working without a data plan?

    Ask the seller for the pin and call your provider to authenticate it. Or ask one of the Rogers reps on here to check it for you.
