I have WLM on Rogers and know that it uses data. My question is do all carrier's treat the same or do some treat it as texting? Specifically would like to know about T-Mobile in the US as I will be using their services for a month later this year as my BB is unlocked.
It depends more on which app you are using. Some carriers provide apps that deliver the message via SMS. As long as the app you are using sends via data you should be fine.
